 Ok, so I have logged in every day, and logged my food and exercise accurately every day since we started this! Thank you all so much! 

All my buddies keep me motivated, check in here and tell us how your doing, what areas you need support in or how we can help! Or you can check in on the thread I am going to start on my MFP home page! Tell us how logging and keeping track has helped you! What have you learned from watching your food and exercise activities?

Hey Girl, I'm going to add you over there. My diet has been slacking the past few weeks. Just not enough planning so I grab whatever is around and too much going out to eat lately.

I need to tighten things up, plan out my meals, eat less processed stuff and get this body to goal!

I'm enjoying seeing what everyone else is doing on myfitnesspal.  It's very motivating to have a group there!  Thanks for starting it!

I have been using it for over the last month and love it.. Helps me realize that I eat to much!! I have lost a total of 11lbs since I started using it..

Hey Guys!

I am on MFP also and would like to join you.   However, I am in maintenance and using MFP to keep my calories and food choices in line.  For a while I was not eating healthy so I use it to make sure I am aware of what goes in my mouth each day.  For my age and height, I do not need to lose any more, just maintain and keep my health in check.
